Missing Purchase Points: Make sure you're logged in to your Erica's account with the same email you used at checkout.
If you still need help with missing points, please email loyalty@ericasata.com with your full name, all email addresses that were used for purchases, the email address associated with your account, and the activity that you did to earn those points.
Please Note: If you have multiple Erica's ATA accounts or use multiple email addresses at checkout, your Diamond Perks Points will be spread out across those accounts. We will consolidate points for you ONE time. After that, you must always use the same email address at checkout if you want your points to be consolidated into the same account.
