Every Erica's customer is automatically enrolled as a Diamond Perks Member—with a 75 point bonus, courtesy of Erica! Rewards redemption (and other great features and benefits) will be unlocked when we officially launch the program in JUNE 2025.

How do I earn points?
Erica's Diamond Perks Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on (virtually) everything at ericasata.com. Points are earned on your purchase total (after any discounts, and before taxes & shipping). There will be more ways to earn once the program launches in June.
What are the benefits of being a Diamond Perks Member?
Full details will be revealed when the program launches in mid-June, but here's a sneak peek:
Aside from earning 1 point per $1 spent, there will be more ways to earn (such as birthday rewards, bonus points events, and a Diamond Perks Pro tier where you earn 2X points)
Redeeming points will be EASY - think rewards valued at $10 - $75 off your purchase!
Are any items excluded?
The only item that is excluded is our Enbio S Autoclave. Diamond Perks Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on everything else at ericasata.com!
When can I use my points?
Points will be able to be redeemed when we launch the program in June. You’ll get an email or text from us when the program officially launches - now's a good time to join the list if you're not already on it.
How do I see how many points I have?
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email letting you know how many points you earned. Once the program launches in June, there will be a dashboard on ericasata.com where you can track your points and redeem rewards. In the meantime, we’re tracking everything securely for you behind the scenes.
Do my points expire?
Yes—but you’ll get 12 months after they’re earned to redeem them, so there’s plenty of time to use them!
What happens if I return something?
If you return an order or an item, the equivalent amount of points will be deducted from your total point balance.
What about Distributor Accounts?
Diamond Perks points are not earned on wholesale or distributor orders at this time
