How Onyfix works:

Onyfix is a non-tension-based system (no risk compared to traditional bracing methods) that fixes the nail shape from the proximal end and returns the nail to its natural form through physiological growth.

Here’s how it works:

• Onyfix band is applied at proximal end of the nail
• Onyfix "freezes" the nail in current shape, preventing edges from growing and bending inward towards the tissue
• Allow Onyfix band to grow with the nail
• New nail growth will be less involuted than the start of Onyfix
• Repeat over 2-4 cycles as necessary
