What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into four equal, bi-weekly, 0% interest installment payments. Your first payment is due at checkout then 3 remaining installments will be automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. Shop Pay Installments is an option for orders between 50 USD and 3,000 USD. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees, and your credit score isn't affected.
Which payment methods are accepted if I use Shop Pay?
Majority of debit and credit cards are accepted. Shop Pay Installments does not accept Capital One cards, prepaid debit cards, or prepaid credit cards.
When will my order be fulfilled?
The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed, unless an item is on back order or the order is placed during a sale period, processing may take longer. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number when your order has been processed and shipped. The email will contain order details, shipment details and your tracking number.
Can I add or remove a product after my order has shipped?
Unfortunately we cannot change or modify orders once it has been shipped.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders with standard shipping selected should take 3-6 business days to arrive. Please note that these times are estimated and via the carrier. Erica’s ATA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by government, customs, weather, or natural disasters.
Help, my tracking number doesn’t work.
Your tracking number can take up to 2 business days to show movement. If the tracking number has not updated after 2 business days or is not working, please file a Route+ claim if you selected this service at checkout. File claim here.
Does Erica’s ATA ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping rates will be estimated at checkout. Unfortunately we cannot ship to Japan, Singapore or Mexico.
I’m having trouble placing my order!
If you are having trouble placing your order, you may want to use a different device or browser, as that usually resolves the issue immediately. Why is there an error message when I try to place an order?
If you’re having trouble submitting your order, try these steps: Double-check your card details. If the error message has no specific information, it’s possible the incorrect expiration date or CVV code was entered. If you’re using a saved payment method, we recommend re-entering the card details as if it were a new form of payment and submitting. How can I replace a defective product or wrong product?
If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or wrong, we apologize for the mishap. Please contact the Erica’s ATA team to report damages within 14-days of receiving the item at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us! We will gladly accept your unopened and unused items within 14 days from the delivery date. Lucas-Cide products and workshops deposits are non refundable. Returned products must be unused and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on used items and/or items without the original packaging. Will I pay tax on the products?
All merchandise is tax exempt, except in the state of Ohio, where merchandise and service will be taxed at 7%.
I’m having an order shipped outside the United States, will there be import fees?
UPS, DHL, and FedEx will charge duty and broker fees for all new merchandise. These fees and/or government import taxes are the customer’s responsibility to complete. Erica’s ATA is not responsible for any additional fees an order may be charged due to country origin. Erica's ATA is not responsible for parcels returned to sender due to incomplete duty and broker fees.
