Creating or sticking to boundaries with clients is one of the top areas of improvement for beauty professionals. Boundaries are hard when you have a relationship with your clients, see them often and share space in a close proximity. Unsure of where to start? Here are some practical tips to get you moving.

- Review your client list. Write down the clients that you don’t enjoy or the ones that consistently cancel or show up late.

- Create a no show, late and cancel policy. Review your hours, methods of payment, and pricing.

- Inform all of your clients of changes and areas you want to reiterate on your website, social media, printed in your space and also verbally tell them at their next visit.
